September 25, 2018 – Softvision is proud to announce that our partner, Mozilla, has recently been recognized as a Finalist in the Experimental category in Fast Company’s 2018 Innovation by Design Awards for their new tool, Common Voice.
Common Voice is Mozilla’s crowdsourcing-initiative for an open and publicly available voice dataset that anyone could use to train speech-enabled applications. Common Voice was tested internally by our QA Automation experts at Softvision, specifically by Paul Silaghi, Viorela Ioia and Roxana Leitan from our Cluj-Napoca Studio.
Softvision prides itself on our transformational partnerships, which are based on authentic and mutually beneficial engagements that help change business while evolving relationships with end consumers.
Celebrating recognition and achievements is something we relish and do together with our partners. And while the recognition is rewarding, the application and use cases for Common Voice is even more promising, and will make an impact for anyone who touches speech-enabled applications.
