SignalR with Net Core: a new Tech Meetup with the community

On Thursday July 18th, we welcomed more than 40 attendees to our brand new Studio in Buenos Aires.

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA, July 18, 2019 – Last week, Cognizant Softvision hosted a local Tech Meetup in our new Buenos Aires Studio in Almagro, organized with the Net-baires community. Our Tech Leads, Guillermo Murano & Javier Páez delivered a powerful presentation on SignalR, an open-source library that simplifies adding real-time web functionality into apps. Nicolás Granata, Cristian Pique, Romualdo Lanzón and Matías Baldi completed our experts team.

The session examined the main uses of the tool, communication types, hubs, connections & WebSockets in netcore. It was an afternoon full of powerful insights that finished with a Q&A session, followed by a networking time with peers.

“It was a wonderful experience seeing so many people involved with such a great library as SignalR. The audience made a lot of questions, during and after the presentation. From the talk’s perspective, we tried to show the latest updates of this wonderful tool that most developers should know”, Javier and Guillermo mentioned.
