Cognizant Softvision CEO, Andres Angelani was interviewed by Chris Shembra, founder of 7:47 Club, a New York based organization that helps reframe the way companies emotionally engage with their clients and partners. Since 2018, Chris hosts a series of podcasts “7:47 Conversations” where he dives into authentic, personal conversations with company CEOs in order to get to know them better.
During the interview, Andres spoke at length about his family background and upbringing in Argentina, and how those experiences shaped him to become the leader he is today.
Regarding his first steps in the business world, he attributed much of his success to the constant search for new challenges: “you achieve things because of the hard work and passion you put into them”.
He also talked about the importance of resiliency, and why artistry is a skill that anyone should have when running a business.
When asked to close the interview with an important lesson he has learned throughout the years, he responded: “It doesn’t matter how much or little you have accomplished, the journey is what matters.”
