Scala Developer

We are looking for an exceptional Scala Developer  to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts.

 

For this position you should be able to check the following:

• Knowledge of Scala, Akka (or the actor model), Web Sockets, FIX protocol
• Experience on working on server-side projects using a JVM language
• Familiar with object-oriented paradigm or the functional paradigm
• Experience with Web Services/REST and RDBMS
• Knowledge of distributed systems concepts and experience with a message broker
• Willing to learn Scala and the functional paradigm
• Good understanding and experience with microservices architecture
• Very good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Client facing experience
