Every year during the month of March, the world celebrates women’s achievements throughout history and worldwide, on International Women’s Day. In honor of the movement, we met with some of our own remarkable female Softvisioners to hear their thoughts on their own personal experiences and what it means to work at Cognizant Softvision.
We’re proud and honored to be a company that benefits greatly from the amazing contributions of our female talent and recognizing that without the #Inspiredwomen at CSV, our company success would look much different.
As a delivery enablement manager and Agile coach, Ruxandra Patachia knows the kinds of misconceptions there are for women working in the tech industry. But, she’s been fortunate to not be the subject of any misconceptions or prejudice, and since joining the Cognizant Softvision team her experience as a woman in a male-dominated industry has been the opposite of judgmental – it’s been a place to feel empowered and welcome.
