What was your first job?
I was a night shift
What do you like to do in your free time?
I’m a guitar and piano player and enjoy cooking
Any upcoming travel plans?
Going to Cordoba, a central province in Argentina to visit my family and listen to Cuarteto, a traditional music genre.
What’s the best Halloween costume you’ve ever had?
Paul Stanley’s Kiss Starchild costume and makeup.
What’s your hidden talent/super power?
I come up with nicknames for almost everyone.
If you had to eat one food for every meal, what would you eat?
ALE AT WORK
What are your roles and duties at Cognizant Softvision?
I am Delivery Manager and I usually guard the team’s time, to ensure continuous delivery is possible. Team time is precious time.
Describe a day-in-the-life at work.
Arrive at the office, do a round robin on my emails, prepare my agenda for the day, and the rest is a surprise, so try to come up with alternatives and creative ways to make ends meet.
What are some ways you support and motivate your team?
I squier my team on all moments.
What do you find the most rewarding about working at Cognizant Softvision?
SF people: Everybody at the office and abroad that I work with. There’s always something to talk about, find and have fun with everybody at the office.
